Ewelina Wachulec

Hey there! I'm Ewelina, and my whole career in tech (18 years!) is about building innovative solutions with great teams. Currently, I lead a global CI/CD unit, with DevOps engineers across three continents, working with ObjectScale, a cutting-edge technology designed to handle massive amounts of object data. Alongside that, I serve as the Site Lead for Dell USS Group in Poland and contribute as a member of the Senior Leadership Team at the R&D Center in Poland. Before, I delivered global programs & innovative solutions in the area of Industrial Internet of Things, Supply Chain, Customer Service & E-commerce.

My goal? Making the tech world a better place. I focus on creating environments where engineering teams can collaborate, innovate, and bring new ideas to life. I am also dedicated to mentoring others and empowering them to reach their full potential. Always on a mission to attract more women to the tech industry.

Off the clock, I'm a proud mom of two kids and a dog, an avid reader, a SUP enthusiast, and a seasoned traveler with nearly 50 countries explored, many with my kids.
