I'm the founder of the boutique IT recruitment agency called CandidFuture, a recruiter of managerial and c-level staff, a mentor for IT Recruiters and co-founder of the IT career academy called CandidAcademy.
In 2019, I brought to life the FAIRit - a re-industry program for women under the patronage of infoShare Academy. Thanks to this, 14 out of 19 participants started working as Java or Frontend programmers within three months after finishing.
