Roman is a Scala enthusiast interested mostly in type systems, metaprogramming, functional programming, and distributed systems. He's been writing and teaching Scala at AVSystem for over 5 years now. He’s also done some open source work: silencer plugin for scalac, HOCON plugin for IntelliJ, and their own company’s open-source projects, Udash Framework among them.
