Od pracy w agencji, przez startupy na różnym etapie rozwoju, aż po własny biznes, zebrałem kilka historii, które oddają realia pracy w każdej z tych organizacji. Pracując nad projektami komercyjnymi i rozwijając się po godzinach, przeszedłem transformację od programisty aplikacji mobilnych, przez full-stack web developera aż po lidera zespołu rozwijającego produkt w mojej firmie. Każda ze zmian wiązała się z nowymi początkami. W mojej prezentacji podzielę się z Wami konsekwencjami moich decyzji i postaram się odpowiedzieć czy było warto.

From working in an agency, through startups at various stages of development, to my own business, I have collected a few stories that reflect the realities of working in each of these organizations. Working on commercial projects and developing after hours, I have gone through a transformation from a mobile application developer, through a full-stack web developer, to a product development team leader in my company. Each of the changes was associated with new beginnings. In my presentation, I will share with you the consequences of my decisions and I will try to answer whether it was worth it.
