I am a CMO & business generalist, people & organisational culture leader, strategist & agent of transformations. Within a 15-year career path I have gained experience in premium & luxury goods, beauty & fashion sectors; both in b2b and b2c model, brick-and-mortar, and eCommerce. My international expertise spans 40+ markets.  

I have graduated from the University of Warsaw, Oxford Business School, IMD Business School, and hold MBA & MCIM status. I had been gaining experience among others in Sephora and L'Oreal, and currently as Marketing Director Eastern Europe in Pandora.

I am often seen wearing suits (and maximal minimalism they express). Underneath a suit I merge passion for contemporary art, industrial rock and jazz… with yoga and zen meditation practices. As both privately and professionally I believe that only a wide spectrum of perspectives and experiences bring us closer to conscious living and a sense of fullness.
