Pani Managerka - albo perfekcyjnie, albo wcale - Anita Warkiewicz Perfekcjonizm jest jednym z wielu znanych i "lubianych" przez nas, Kobiety, przejawów zniekształceń poznawczych. Nie ma nic wspólnego z wysokimi standardami, a nawet bardzo często wprost im przeczy. Będąc managerką w branży IT, w której liczy się szybkość dostarczania nowych rozwiązań, błyskawiczna komunikacja i relacje, ciężko robić wszystko na 100%. A jednak spróbowałam. It has nothing to do with high standards, and even very often outright contradicts them.
